Before squatting yesterday my knees were hurting a very little bit. Not sure why, but they were. Through the squats I could feel them but they didn't really hurt, same for the rest of the day. Today I was working out on an erg (rowing machine), and they were hurting a bit, and now that I'm done they're hurting when I walk. Not terrible, but hurting. Question is, I won't squat/DL again until Monday, would it be wise to do so if they still hurt a bit? I don't think they will, but want to make sure.
In other news, Rippetoe's is doing well. So far my numbers are looking like this:
Squat: 3x5, 155lb (up next time)
Bench: 3x5, 145lb (staying there next time)
Deads: 1x5, 185lb (up next time)
Military: 3x5, 95lb (staying)
Rows: 3x5, 125lb (staying)
Dips: 2x8, all the way down, 45lb (staying)
Also doing some ab work, everything as a whole is going very well. Just gotta stop hurting myself
