I have been taking one serving of protein preworkout with a little creatine, less than 1/2 a serving. pwo I take around 2 servings of protein with a little more creatine. Around an hour later I try and eat a chicken breast. Before bed I drink milk for the cassein. [QUOTE]
I recommend you spread out your workouts a bit more, esp. since you are just starting out. This will help you concentrate on the muscles more and maximize recovery. It's a common misconception that you have to work your muscles more than once a week. I used to hit my muscles twice in a week, and I saw my strength decrease. Also, for me, doing two or three muscles in a day killed my intensity and motivation. I now do the once a week deal and am seeing alot of gains. Other than that, I can see you took everyone's advice. Other than what you predicted (overtraining), my advice is that you don't have to cycle off of creatine after a month. I've been on creatine now for 3 months and making great progress. You have some good things going for you, good luck and I'm sure we'll hear about even more growth. ;)
