I couldnt agree more, the sad part is trainers will get away with this crap, because your average client isnt an elite level athleate, nor are they educated on the subject matter. If they were they wouldnt need a trainer. Not only that, but most people will do these movements without even thinking about it, then will hit the cardio like they are told. The newbie effect will take place, and they will rave about this trainer to friends ... and the cycle continues.

Sometimes I just want to shake people, and tell them to wake up. Dont you have the internet? Dont you have some kind of research skills? Wouldnt you rather investigate for yourself, then just take some guys word for it at your gym?

P.S. ^^ this is borderline hate thread material right here hahaha.
