Default Bicep/Tricep imbalance

My Biceps are under-developed.My triceps seem to be dominating. How can shock the Biceps to grow. I use moderate weights on dumbbell and barbel curls

Triceps should be bigger than biceps...

Found that seated dumbell concentration curls work for developing the guns. Make sure you go heavy!
