I have big showy veins on my hands. And arms. I mean always not just because I'm approaching 40. It can only get worse.

But there doesn't seem to be any correlation to hand size and grip strenght. If anything the guys I've know with giant ham hands and prodigous grip strength don't have showy veins. Not that any of it means anything.

I have those veins too. It doesn't help with my grip strength but it looks like it does.

A punch bag and a speedball will increase the hands strength and blood flow.

Worked for me, now I have the hands of a greek god.
