Thanks widdoes, I am nearing the end of my off week, I cant wait to get back to the wieghts. I'm going to revamp my workout, and I'll prob start up a journal today laying out training/diet/supps ect.
It was a good thing I took off this week though, I had to cover the 8pm to 3am shift twice so far, and prob on saterday too. It sucks but its overtime so I cant complain really.
