Default Books and Resources

I thought I may as well start a thread on this. This is some of the stuff I have. It's categorized loosely and I tried to organize based on MY opinions of it. This is just off the top of my head. I'll probably refine it later. This is not finished. I'm going to list my favorite online resources. I figured other people might like to follow with there own list.

For those of you who sent me stuff on this list, thank you and you know who you are.
