Super cool. I wish they would make more Video Fitcasts like this one. There are a couple of supplemental vids related to some of the audio fitcasts that can be found on youtube. But most of the video fitcasts at TheFitCast.com are recipes.
Gonna be doing that drill for the overhead squats for sure.
