Well I personally think it's too much and I also don't like body part splits.

P.S. Did you read anything before you posted? There are 100s of posts like yours.

if your goal is to build muscle, Id have to agree with IW- seems like a lot to me as well. Stick to the basics and don't feel like you need to have every separate muscle group on their own day. There are many many programs out there that are made for muscle mass building, many which stick to priniciple workout techniques : squats, bench, press, etc. A lot of solid compound movements and shorter splits to - 3-4 days on etc. Seems like a lot dude. Look for other programs and do some tweaking.
