Kane brings up good points regarding your experience level, I must have misread that. Something like this would probably be more appropriate for you.

Workout A:
Squat
Stiff-leg deadlift
Flat Bench
BB Row

Workout B:
Squat
Hamstring Curls
OH Press
Pullup
