You'll likely lose a little strength but it will be easy to get back. It could be that your maxes drop a little but in my experience with that kind of layoff I maintain pretty much the same ability except that it is much harder in terms of effort. So in other words you maintain your maxes but just barely. It's really up to the individual but it won't be anything earth shattering.
