You do use the first week to get used to the volume and its usually a write-off, weights aren't heavy enough usually. Its much better to undershoot the weights for the first week rather than get in over your head and have to lower the weights.
Maybe I'm confused but why would you do SF 5x5 (Intermediate 5x5 in case Eric is reading this

) and THEN the DF (Advanced) with HST sprinkled in there?
