Before anyone can help one would ned to know at least the following:

what is your current nutrition?
how many hours of sleep do you get on average every night?
what is your current training routine?
how many years have you been lifting? are you a beginer, intermediate?
are you currently using any supplements?
are you using intensity techiniques?
whens the last time you did an unloading period?
what split are you using?

to answer your question these should be addressed first?
