yup...that was what was proposed. But I got rid if a few of em so I could stick to the 45 minute workout mark

If you have adequate preworkout nutrition, then there is no exact timeframe IMO. The sooner the better as a rule of thumb. Myself, and a lot of others who sling a lot of iron usually spend anywhere from 1 hour 15 minutes to an hour and a half. I don't lose any mass LOL..

I'm trying to get the nutrition part under control and it seems to be going pretty good. So the same muscle group can be worked after 48hrs of rest?
I was pretty tired after 45 minutes....1 hour and a half is pretty long! Thats some pretty good stamina right there!
