Whoa buddy...jumping up 2000 cals at a time is quite a bit. How tall/weight/bodyfat are you now? If your trying to pack on lean mass, it would prolly be better to jump up about 250 cal at a time. That way you could track your progress. If its not enough go up another 250 and track that for a week or two. Keep goin up if you arent hitting your goals. If your gaining more fat than muscle, back it off by about 100 or so.
