Im trying to take in alot more calories than I am now. I probably take in an average of 3000 calories a day on workout days, on non workout days I dont eat much fro some reason... probably because im not being active. But I want to take in about 5000. It seems hard to really stuff my face with extra food though.. I saw Controlled Labs came out with Black Hole, which just tells your brain that instead of having enough calories, that your body needs more. Id rather not have to go the route of that supplement but if I have to I will. Any advice to take in more calories besides protein shakes and shit like that would be appreciated.
