full sqaut or half squat?

Full is better for knees but half is better for legs. So I like to use the middle ground approach and do quarter squats, that way I get the best of both worlds.

EDIT:This advice is not serious.

Wouldn't the middle ground be three quarter squats instead of quarter squats?
