Currently through my second month of GVT. Loving it so far, I've noticed some gains, mostly in my legs and back. Quite surprised how fast I've put on size. And for me, that has always been hard. I've always been the one to do your traditional workout routines, never any volume training.
Just wondering if anyone would like to throw some facts, tips, or anything of that sort regarding GVT. Or perhaps personal opinions as well.
