Do you have deload periods-about a week after every month of training where you train lightly or take a break altogether? Also, forget about pretty much any exercise done on machines-you can hurt yourself more easily on them, they use less muscles than free weights, the list goes on, FORGET about pretty much anything you read in the pro/hardcore bodybuilder mags, and stick to exercises like deadlifts, squats, benchpress, rows, shoulder presses, and others where you move more than 1 joint. And sleep and eat-alot.
