Default Is this a good split

I work out everyday at the gym with a series of five days

1. Chest
2. Back
3. Bi's Tris
4. Shoulders
5. Legs
6. Go to step 1

Is lifting heavy every day like this safe for my muscles since i'm on a split giving each muscle time to rest or should I have some rest days in there? Also which days should I be doing cardio on I was never able to figure that out?

Thank you in advance.

There are def better workouts you could do. And a rest day in the middle of your 5 days would be ideal. For example might be tough to do bis after back day, shoulders after tri etc..but if this works for you go for it. If your a beginner there are much better routines out there

The statistics on sanity are that one out of every four persons is suffering from some sort of mental illness. Think of your three best friends -- if they're okay, then it's you.

Read the stickies. You'll learn why your split sucks. And Johan: you cannot do Shoulders after Triceps. Why would you prioritize a smaller muscle over a larger one????

Not prioritizing one over the other, just saying it might be difficult to do shoulders after a tri day. Talo threw out an even better idea though
