there are a lot of variations to shldr press. you can do seated barbell, standing barbell, seated dumbell, standing dumbell, smith press's, and there are about 90 different hammer strength machines that are for shldr press's. I would personally go with standing barbell press, its the most compound out of all of them.
I don't do this for my family, my friends, women, accolades, pride, or ego. I do it for me and no one else, its just part of who I am.
