Default Hello

Hello all! I am new to this forum, also new to working out. I have weights at home, pull up bar, bench, the whole nine. I am taking cytonox and am seeing an increase in my intensity, yet I feel my workouts are rather short as I only go for about 45 min to an hour. Should I extend my workouts or is this sufficient?
