Im 26 years old. Started lifting when i was 22. Very faithful to the gym. Always striving and looking for ways to gain strength get big.
Well now things are slowing down. I have no goals, no drive. Going on a cruise the end of may. Thought that would get me amped. Anybody else have this issue? I feel like im at a stand still. Any one have pointers to get back into this. Instead of going to the gym everyday wasting my time.
I've tried almost everything...Resting, switching routines, changed gyms etc
