help in choosing a training method

Hi,
I'm pretty new in weight training(~8 months) and in this website
so i'm asking you guys
1.what training methods you recommend(i want to be bigger, stronger and to form a nice shape and i'm not looking for something quick, i'm not lazy)
2.whats the best way to eat/drink proteins, do you recommend powder(by the way i'm only 15)

tnx :)

For a young guy I'd recommend a 3x5 starting strength type program with a nice slow progression. Learn the form and basics first and let your strength build.

A 3x a week full body workout is a good place to start. Focusing on the big lifts of course: bench, squats, deadlifts, military press.

I have smaller joint inserts and am more of an ecto/meso morph. I think whole body workouts have never worked. This is my experience. Here is a good thing I would recommend. Upper body Mon and Thurs. lower body Tues and Fri. Do a heavy light scheme of 4 sets 12 reps.
Eat, good foods not Cake soda and McDonalds and you will be ok.

like a few ppl have said, once you get the basics down and learn proper form and get a solid foundation - you could look into programs such as a push/pull, german volume training, FST-7, or PHAT.
There's plenty of programs out there that can shake things up for you. Always look into a program before you start it, make sure it's the right thing for you and make adjustments if necessary!
cheers.
