First of all i'd like to mention that I was referred to this site by a friend and he said I would definetly find people that would help me here.
I'm 17 years old, 218 pounds and roughly 5'11'', im not too sure about my body fat %, and Ive been doing sports all my life. I want to lose the excess fat ive got on me because, well, its excess fat.
First of all, I want to change my diet because im at University of Miami, and the eating here is not helping me at all, I was wondering about a diet based on shakes and small meals throught the day much like the track teams here are doing, so that i wouldnt be as tempted to eat the crap they serve here.
Secondly, I want to build my overall muscle without overworking myself, which has always been my weakness. I dont know what to do to be able to keep myself in check other than a strict work-out schedule.
