Hi guys im new to these forums and was hoping some of you could help me out with a work out routine. My main concern is I want to cut out and get defined, I wouldn’t mind getting bigger and bulking up but I mostly want to get cut. I would probably take any kind of supplement but I just don’t want to have to cycle off of what ever it is with an estro blocker or any other pill, I would just like to keep it simple and take one thing and just do a cycle and wait to do another. I already plan on taking protein, creatine, and some sort of pre work out drink. Anyways last time I was getting into body building, I had a good routine that worked for me but I was just getting really big and was not getting as cut and defined as I would of liked so this time I would like to try for the cut body and don’t have a routine for this.
