Default Here's a great exercise if you have children...

If you've got kids, then you know they love to climb on you like you're a human jungle-gym.

Well, because of this, I got a great core workout... and completely by accident.

I was staying at a hotel and my kid was with me, (4 years old). Anyway, the hotel room had 2 queen sized beds and my kid loved jumping from one bed to the other. The beds were about 4 feet apart, and I layed across the gap (face down)... stiffening my body like a "bridge".

Well, my kid saw this and proceeded to climb across, over, and under me... for about 10 minutes straight...

I was sore as hell the next day.

Haha cool. I'm not sure if you read Pity's journal. If you don't, then you should. He does a LOT of great stuff for core strength. He even has a video somewhere in there of him doing planks while drinking a beer. What a badass...

Thumbs up a question on equipment...

I'm glad to see your proper focus on bottle placement... alternating arms for each drink.... excellent form sir!

I also noticed you were drinking long-necks... do you find that these work the core more than say a can? Or perhaps a Mickey's bottle.

Oh shit... what about using one of those big ass Foster's Lager cans? That may even throw grip strength into the workout!
