200 to 225 sounds like a big gap mabey you should start lower and do more sets

the name is sukhy jus to let u knw.
and yea thnx for that, i recently jus started and im using different excerices and im doin alot of diff stuff, my motivation is slowly comming back and i havent felt this good in months
