Default How can I get a good physique?

I am really very depressed with my skinny looks. I am very thin and my appearance is very weak looking. I always hesitate to communicate with others only due to this reason. I am here to ask you people that how I can get a good physique. Help me please.

Know this from now on-isolation exercises (ones where you only move at a single joint, like curls) are not very helpful to gain large amounts of muscle. Do exercises like bench press, and others where you move at a lot of joints.

And read the stickies. I used to feel how you described. Then, I did (and am still doing) something about it!
