Default Wrist Pain

when i do heavy squats my wrists start to hurt after the first couple of reps.
I was just wonder if any of yall get this pain and if so what can i do to get rid of it

Nope, but instead of holding the bar with your hands and bending the wrists try using the arms to hold the bar - stretch your arms out and hold the plates with your hands.

Sounds like you're having issues with bar placement and/or keeping your back arched and shoulder blades pinched together.

my back arch and shoulders are good

as far as bar placement i usually try to keep it between the upper portion of my shoulder blades and where your trap muscle starts to curve down on your back

and for my grip i usually have my thumbs placed on the outside of the finger rings on the bar
