How much would i need to weigh...
Hey I'm 18 years old and 6 foot tall and was just wondering what you think i would need to weigh to look like Nelly in the picture below.
I have an idea of how much i would need to weigh but wanted to see what you guys think.
any anwsers would be appreciated, thanks.

If I were to guess, at 6' I would say 180 at 10% bf. But that is a guess. I think you could look a lot better than Nelly. Don't sell yourself short man. Sorry to say but I think Nelly looks weak as hell and a bit of a chump.

I'm going to say he's more like 165lbs. He's tiny there!
I guess it would also depend what his legs were like but I'm guessing they probably match his upper body...

HAHA yeh that's a lousy goal. He doesn't even look like he works out there but just eats once or twice a day. If you want to look like nelly go for his most recent look. He's on juice now like everyone else and he's got a lot bigger.

He looks closer to 180lbs in that second pic but I would guess he is still shy of that number due to be fairly low on the bf%.

yh Nelly is 5'8 give or take an inch, but i wanted to know how much weight i would need to be to look like that and im 6'
