Default How To Tone Abs Using Crunches

Crunches are an effective way to tone those abs, among other exercises. It is also an easy exercise to perform. I wrote a article to help those who are not familiar with how crunches should be done properly. Read the article here to learn how to do crunches effectively to achieve that wash-board 6 packed abs.

Id agree with everything in the article except relaxing muscles in between reps. I think you'd find its better to keep the tension particularly in between reps.

I agree with Kinh. Constant tension is best, since they are stabilization muscles to begin with.

Crunches aren't the best though. I like the decline bench crunches, and rope abs crunches with weight. That's how I got my six pack (that and actually dieting).
