Default how to turn my fat to muscles far as lats under my arms.

Can anyone point out the best routine for under arm lats. I am using the lats machine at the gym. When I am using the cable fly machine, I am squeezing while I pull. Can anyone explain the best way to get my lats right.

Deadlifts and Barbell Rows. very heavy, sets and reps anywhere from 3x8, 5x5, 6x4 just make it heavy.

I just read the heading of this post and Just to put the records strait, you can't "turn" fat into muscle. You can burn fat away and build muscle.
