I have been gaining more fat than muscle trying to bulk up, might just stop it all...
I am 22, 6'1" and in the past 1-2 months I have gone from 185 to 193 lbs from you guys helping me out with my bulking up diet. Some of you might say that's wonderful but I am seeing more weight go to my stomach and it's just so discouraging. I used to have really good abs and now all that is gone. I have more fat in my stomach than everr before and I just don't want to go downhill from here.
I hate it because I haven't been gaining as much muscle and I am doing exactly what you guys are saying to do. I only eat fish as well after wanting to become a full time vegetarian and I am just lost...

If you had been doing this for 2 months & gained 8lbs, that means you're putting on 1 lb per week. If you did this for a year, you would gain 52 lbs. Gaining 52lbs of muscle in a year is very unrealistic. If you had been doing this for a month & gained 8 lbs, that would be 104 lbs of muscle per year. Of course you're gaining fat if you're consuming so high above your maintenance calories that you're gaining at least a lb per week.

Looks like alot of carbs to me!!
I would try limit my carb intake to breakfast and Post workout only for a while, see how that goes, dropping carbs from those other meals will help with your overall calorie intake too.
Non workout days I would cut my carbs out at mid day.Only protein and fat after that.

Incorporate cardio. How do you know it's not muscle you're gaining too? Has your progressive overload stalled?
