If everything else is getting bigger the arms should follow. I'm new to this site as well.. But listen to these guys they'll point you in the right direction you just have to do a little research on here as well. There is plenty of info here. IMO bigger arms is not always better. just me though... Build it all fella...

What are you currently doing?

When members say "don't lift them", they mean that you don't necessarily need to use any direct arm work if you focus instead on heavy presses and pulls. In other words, instead of having an "arms day" to bomb and blast them, you could do indirect exercises with a lot more weight such as underhanded chins, heavy barbell rows, bench press, ect. Basically, IMO, doing a 220 lb barbell row trumps a 35 lb hammer curl.. Follow the logic? Additionally, when you DO drop your arm isolations for compounds for your back/chest, you'll be getting the extra benefit of........ Yup, more chest/back hypertrophy.
