79 lbs for 14 years old... had this been on bb.com, i would have thought this was a random troll post (because they are common out there)... however, since this is bb.net, i know this problem is genuine.....
i'm not very good with supplements, because i dont take any, but i know people who have taken "weight gainers" and whey protein... star with a decent routine... just dont tell me about it, coz i might change mine..!

BUT, i advise you to read all the journals and training info...
i think 0311 will mention this, but i'll say it nonetheless, 5 day splits are perfect for beginners.... 12 rep range and thats perfect for begginners... (atleeast thats what he's told me and i trust him)...
another few options would include HST and i think 0311 will also mntion Max OT...
in fact, i think u shud read up his journal on Max OT... it'll help a lot... and inquire about weight-gainer supplements...
