Similarly the wording "no matter how much or how little" isn't telling me much.

The straightforward question is whether one arm is significantly weaker than the other. Is absolute strength less? Is endurance less...i.e. number of reps you can do with a certain weight.

What I'm getting at is whether the PERFORMANCE of each arm is different or just the outward response of each arm, such as transient hypertrophy (pump)?
what im trying to understand is your question(s). so i am going to explain he best i can.

Lets say im doing bench (barbell). on my last set i work untill failure.

but it seems as if the right side of my chest is getting more pump/tightness/fatigue, eventhought BOTH sides fail.

Now lets say im doing dumbell chest press, same situation..last set untill failure. and i get the same result. so lets say i 50lbsx7 reps, and both sides fail...the right side feels more worked than the left.

I really apologize for my lack of good terms. im just trying to find out if i am doing anything wrong.
