I've been lifting more & more since April of this year and been pretty consistent about it. I had my body fat measured for the first time in a long time in June (almost exactly 2 months ago). At that time it was 17.7% and I was OK with that. I had it measured again yesterday and it has now dropped to 15.5% and I'm pretty excited about it. I've gained about 14 pounds since June - approximately 15 pounds of muscle and I dropped about 1 pound of fat. I also know that its working because I've been this weight before but I did NOT have the same waist size and I definitely did not have the same strength that I do right now.
This is all very exciting!
