i lift three times a week in or high school weight room. as of the last cupple of weeks my football coach has had me jumping rope in between sets good idea or not. thanks
Good idea for football endurance. Bad idea for bodybuilding. I assume you play football so I think it's a great way to keep your endurance up. When football season is over, weight train without the cardio in between.
