eating so much protien makes your body heal faster. trust me, it helps. i drank 2 of those protien shakes a day during preseason for football, and it deffinately helped me out to even make the JV team, cuz i wasn't as sore as the other shmucks.

the more the better, but at a certain point your body wont be able to take in all the protien. i wouldn't do much more then like 200 grams a day, but thats just me.

I am in the same boat as far as hating to do cardio. Leave me alone with some free weights all day long and I am happy. Put me on a track and I start to hate cardio very much (probably cause I weigh between 240-245). If the military did not make me run I probably would never EVER do it. Just my opinion.
