I want to expand this thread. Starting with head position and eye movement.

This is the kind of post I've made before:

I'm still surprised that many people preach looking up...but don't seem to know the difference between looking up and putting the head up.

I wanted some backup from someone who really knows about how the eyes affect your movements and here it is:
