Sorry, but damn thats a long list i definitely LOL'd *sarcasm* I just started back into the DFT 5x5 again because it simple, and it works. Check that one out, its a stickie. Plus you can tweak it just a bit to fit your specific needs.

thanks for all the help. I like the Rippetoe approach so ill go with that but one more question.Should i do any cardio if im trying to bulk up?

I lucked up and I'm going to have a bodybuilder with 30 years experience help me with my routine. Dude is 53 and still big as a house.All the information you guys gave me was very helpful. Many thanks.
