I pulled a lat a little while back. Pretty bad. I also have a history of lower back problems. Since my lat episode he's insisted no more deads or good-mornings. He's also a bodybuilder but believes that "dead-lifts and good-mornings should be banned from the gym".
When I saw him yesterday I told him my lower back has been acting up a lot more since I stopped those moves---especially good mornings. It's like my lower back has lost all its strength and integrity. He agreed and reluctantly said I could return to good mornings----LIGHT! He prefers I do weighted extensions but my gym doesn't have the equipment. So I'm seeking alternatives.
