Yay or nay? If there's any gentlemen perusing these threads that have dabbled in this routine, I implore you to post of success stories (purely to give my confidence a boost). I guess it isn't imperative, as I'm headfirst into this routine and am enjoying the living hell out of my first carbload, but I'd still like to hear from the people. McDonald seems to know his shit, and I trust in the science of his outline enough that I'm trying to follow it to a tee; but salesmen are obligated to pitch their products with fervor, and a bit of advice from anybody with realworld experience of the diet couln't hurt.
