180kg = 396lb btw...

You should really touch the floor every rep. Even on your warmups. That's why it's called a dead lift ... you lift if from a DEAD stop off of the floor each rep.

Anyway, it seems like you have a good deal of strength and could stand to lift quite a bit more weight with just some more practice.
