That is the silliest plan I have ever heard. Didn't you have a journal on this very same thing? Do you really think that you can progress doing ONE rep a week?

You need to learn some basic grandaddy laws of exericise physiology. This is why people shouldn't be getting their foundation from boob bodybuilders preaching pseudo-science.

So as I understand it..you will do one rep per movement and expect progression. But when progression doesn't happen you will JUMP to the conclusion that you need to do LESS than one rep a week. WOW.
