I'm 19 years old and have just recently started working out. All my life I've been overweight and just apathetic towards my physical health so I decided to change that 2 months ago. I've mostly just been doing aerobic exercises like running, push-ups, sit-ups, etc..
I've already lost 25lbs and feel and look a lot better. But one thing especially that I've noticed is that my testicles seem to have grown quite a bit and also look like they're hanging lower. Did anyone else notice that when they started working out? Is it just an illusion due to my legs and stomach shrinking or is it because my body is producing more testosterone due to working out?
