Trying to design a new workout as need a change up. Thinking a 2 way split
A:
Bench Press 5x5
Squats 3x10
Wide Grip Pull ups 5x5
Lat Pulldown 3x10
Ez-bar Bicep Curl 3x10
B:
Dips 3x10
Deadlift 3x10
Barbell Row 3x10
Chin ups 5x5
Cable Tricep extension 3x10
Does this sound ok, or should I change a few things?
