Default My 'Routine', Advice?

Howdy, I'm pretty much new to working out, have been doing it or maybe.. 2-3 weeks now (no special routine, just some excercises I know).

At the moment it consists of the following:

http://www4.mmedia.is/cartman/anmi/dumbell_fly[1].swf (I'm unfamiliar with most of the terms so I found some explanation pictures).

I can do a certain weight with these about 50 times in a row without stopping (It's probably not the best way to train but I don't know anything else, I just work it till I can't anymore).

I also do a fair bit of sit-ups, I'm not sure how many I can do but at least a 100 non-stop and it always seems like I can push for 10 more perhaps. I also do another one that strengthens your stomach which would consist of laying on your back and moving your legs straight up in the air and then left/right.

I also do these - http://www4.mmedia.is/cartman/anmi/standingdbcurl[1].swf

Again, maybe 34-40 I manage to do without stopping.

My main question being what is the best way to strengthen your arms? (To be able to do more push ups for an example). I can only pull off maybe 20 Push ups in a row then I'm done, and that's a maximum right there. So I was thinking maybe I should do 5 push ups then 7, then 8 or something like that to be able to push further. But yeah would appreciate some advice, thanks!
