Natural-lifestyle
Does anyone else here practice a natural/holistic lifestyle? For example, I go to the pool to swim a few laps, soak in the hot tub, and then the steam room @ Gold's, all after my WO's. I walk out feeling pretty (very) good. What do y'all do?

Then, can you tell me how detoxifying (sweating, with sufficient rehydration) is not part of it?... On another note, here is a good (I think) site that describes different vitamins, among other things such as amino acids, glutamine, and so forth. http://www.healthvitaminsguide.com

The actual weightlifting portion lasts about 35 min. Then, I do some cardio for about 25 min, followed by about 4-6 laps in the pool, 10 min. in the tub, and another 10 in the steamer.

Just my opinion....I go to the pool to swim a few laps, soak in the hot tub, and then the steam room @ Gold's, all after my WO's...all good.
